Dear Mr. Erenau,

with regard to the case of s.s. Te-an, I hasten

to inform you that Marshal Lá has sent an urgent telegram

to the division stationing near there to despatch troops

to the spot and at the same time Admiral Chan Chat has

been instructed to send a gunboat with soldiers to Mas

Bay.
